Technical Thursday

Posted by & filed under .

It’s that time of the week again. Welcome back to our Technical Thursday post. Find out what to do if your upgraded Poker Pals version reverts back to the free version with ads:

I paid for the “full” version of Poker Pals when you first released it. Now I am being asked to “upgrade” and pay again for the same game! What can I do to avoid this charge?

Thanks for the question, @shayaansiddiqui.

You shouldn’t have to pay again to upgrade if you have upgraded once before. If ads appear after you have already paid to upgrade, please contact us via Twitter and notify us of this problem. We will verify that you have paid and correct this mistake.
